Changing value of the decimal

The Decimal usually seperates our Rands from Cents An indication of how Google views the Rand. One Rand usually equals 100 cents and the decimal point is used to separate Rand from Cents. The voucher pictured here seems to reduce the Rand to 1000 cents by creating a new “decimal”  based upon 1000.  Seem familiar? Well, this also  how Telkom views DSL usage. Moving the decimal point allows the ISP to syphon off millions from users accounts.
